Infected belly button ring?

I got my belly button pierced at the end of July, and about a week ago it started hurting again. It's been having the usual crusties, but now it has a little bump on the inside of my belly button. If I touch my ring, it is kind of painful. Is it infected? Should I go to the doctor? Or is it normal?
