    I don't know this kids movie!
    OK this is a movie that I watched as a little kid which was like 10 years ago and it was about two kids who went to this town and met this girl with a black and white striped shirt and she said her shirt had no colors because all of the familys in the city were not getting along so they would go to the nieghboors houses and the familys would wear different colors so when she got the red family to not fight any more she would earn a red strip and so on with the other colored families. The families would usually sing. Songs included: make new friends and keep the old, and the red family sang a song I think is called baby booties.
