    Spirit light
    Recently attended church and saw a large balloon shaped light floating down from the ceiling to the bench no-one else appeared to see it found the experience scary what do you think it was

    Personally I think you are exploring spiritual things and this can cause us to have some strange experiences. Relax and go with the flow on this. Being frightened and confused can make things seem worse than they are. Google and find out about grounding yourself, staying safe and not worrying too much about these things. They are much more common than you might think.

    Nothing to be scared about. It should be taken as a positive spiritual experience.

    Shaped light? I would think it could be an angel or group of angels.
