    Income taxes
    I want to know about how much money I will receive for my income tax this year if I made 22,00 and I have 2 children 2 yrs old and 17 mnths... and I'm married but I'm filing separtly

    We need to know how much was withheld from your annual salary to detrmine your refund.

    If you filed Married Filing Separately, you will NOT receive the Earned Income Credit, but you will be eligible for the $1,000 Child Tax Credit for each child. That being the case, you will get at least $1,300 refund even if you had NO federal income taxes withheld from your salary.
