New Moen water comes out shower head and tub spout
I installed Moen 82244HH Series with one handle tub/Shower valve. The problem is water comes the shower head even the tub spout is removed (only the pipe from on the wall. Water temperature mixture is correct, the handle turns CCW to ON and CW to OFF. I don't think I installed the valve upside down but how do I confirm/check this. What's the problem?
Product:Bayhill chrome posi temp r tub shower by Moen : 82244HH
Installing instruction that came with the product: INS1964-5/09

I am having trouble opening your link but with a Moen mixing valve installed upside down you get cold and hot reversed. In the meantime try reversing the valve.

It is very difficult (lot of work) to reversing the valve but I want to verify it first.
If it is upside down, should the handle pointing up (12 O'clock)?
    Please see installation instruction page#4 picture#10 and 13. When I turn CCW to 3 O'clock I got cold water, 12 O'clock/warm and full CCW/hot.
What/where is the diverter for for this model and how it work?

    Thanks

If the valve is reversed you can still mount the handle correctly. Moen makes it that way in case your pipes are reversed from the norm. It really isn't all that much work to check. Remove handle and escutcheon. Look at the cartridge to see if the small H/C is on top, if not its reversed. If it's the model I just reviewed the diverter is on the spout. With the spout not even mounted the shower mixer should be 100% out the straight pipe where the spout should be. Maybe you should test fit the spout to insure the internal gate which alternates the water from shower to spout isn't just hanging in between positions.

What's your house pressure? Do you have a Pressure Reducing Valve installed?
This might not be your valves fault at all. Before you go changing things let me know the PSI. Regards, Tom

You're absolutely right, the valve was up-side down. Actually there is a mark on the valve body "UP" but my brother missed it and hole in side pointing down (to tub spout). It's all fixed now. :)
    Thanks
