I stopped taking the pill last month, my period came on October 5th as always. Then came November and I had no period. I have had PMS like symptoms like sore breasts, hunger, irritability, fatigue, cramps or weird twinges, I have gone to the bathroom a lot for both options. However, I took an at-home pregnancy test on the 12th and it came out negative. I haven`t had morning sickness. What could it be?

You can't expect your cycle to continue to be regular any time you start, change, or stop taking birth control pills. It may still be too early for a pregnancy test, or your period may just be late. I'd wait at least another week or so and test again if still no period.

As justcurious stated your cycle could be off for some months after going off birth control.
Many times PMS symptoms will mimic pregnancy symptoms.
Wait one more week,as has been suggested and then test again being sure to use early morning urine,your first void of the day for optimum results.
