Hi Stay White... lol, funny how you added my name to the thread :p. Depends on how sensitive your skin is and if you have used peels before. For me, I have sensitive/oily skin and no experience with peels except for 10% glycolic acid which is a really weak strenth. I have been using the hq/retina only for 2 weeks, so therothers who have been using this regimen can give additional detail. I had changed my regimen many times depending on how my skin reacted to it. Since you have 0.1% strength, you can try starting using it everyother night, an se the hq everymorning and everyother night.

For me, my regimen for my face is hq 4% crème every night or everyother night after I wash my face. After about 10-15 min I then apply retin-a gel 0.05% every night or every other night, depending how sensitive my face is feeling. In the morning, after another 15 min I then apply sunblock. I don't wear foundation so I sometimes reapply sunblock if I'm out of the house longer. For my arms/hands I apply twice daily hq and retina once. I'm unsure how quickly the hq will work for you since you have 2% hq, results may take longer, then again you have a higher strength of retin-a. If your skin is becoming too irritated and sensitive, best to cut back to lesser days a week.

I think ill use the retina every other night and the hydroquine2% twice daily because I have 10-15 spots on my face from picking(my fault) and my family will be here mid December form europe I want to be clear by then do you think this is possible?

Yeah it's possible to see improvement as long as you stick to your regimen and not have any sensitivity. I have a bad habit too of picking my face and I try to stop so they can stop forming, so my spots has lightened a lot in 2 weeks. My forehead spots hasn't lightened much yet. Always use sunblock.
