    Weight loss
    Hey Everyone!
    I don't get that I'm fat, just chubby.
    Does anyone know how I can loose a few pounds
    For my cheerleading tryouts. I also want to feel confident about the
    Way I look(:

    Hmm, I'll say have a healthy balanced diet.

    Avoid fizzy drinks, in-between snacks, fast foods, etc.

    Prefer fruits to these. Continue your practice, those exercise will help you burning some calories :)
