What are the best cleaners and polishers for wood and granite floors?
We have wood floor throughout our home except in the bathrooms. My problems is that I do not want to create buildup on the granite or wood in our home , but I want it to look well polished. I am also having a problem with our granite shower, there is buildup on it that has proven bery difficult to remove. I have used numerous products, any suggestions would be helpful.

The best cleaner for a wood floor is warm vinegar water. Are you certain that the floors and shower are granite, could it be porcelain or ceramic?

They are defiantly granite, we installed them ourselves. I tried white vinegar on the granite before! What do you recommend as a polisher for the wood floors? Also, I know that this is off topic, but you do seem to be the most qualified to answer! There are some scratches in our stainless steel refrigerator and I do not know what to do to reduce the visibility of them. Any suggestions? I can send you a picture of the granite in the master bedroom if you need.

I am only addressing the wood floors when I said vinegar water. Vinegar is a very mild acid, apply no acids to stone. Sorry no thoughts on the stainless steel

What is good for cleaning and polishing granite? I have a Weiman and Zep as far as cleaners and polishers. What would be good to polish the wood floors, my cleaning lady has been using Orange Glow cleaner and the 4-1 Orange glow.

Caring for granite cleaning and polishing
Sorry wrong attachment! I was trying to attach a picture of the granite in the bathroom! Let me try this again! I cannot upload it and it is a .Jpeg file so I am not sure what is going on. All I know is that our shower has a great deal of buildup that I would like to get off and I feel like I have tried everything!
