I've been banging my head around, searching the internet like crazy and I must say I failed, I even wrote an email no MTV Europe but they didn't bother to answer. Back in the late 90's I watched a lot of MTV Europe, I don't know if this promo also went on the original MTV but I'm guessing that it was. MTV used to make this promos with bits from another videos, and use nice tunes to go along with the videos. I can remember Video Promos using "Basement Jaxx - Red Alert", "Apollo 440 - Lost in Space" and I think "Cevin Fisher - The Freaks Come Out". The song I'm looking for featured a japanese/asian girl answering the phone and saying moshi moshi?! In the beginning of the video, then the song started along with a female voice going something like this. Nah, (stop 1 sec) nahnahnah nah nah naah naaaaaaaah naaaaAAAAAAAh!! and as far as I can remember there was no lyrics besides those but this can also be incorrect, the song was a kind of Big Beat, Drum and Bass with a lot of good feeling vibe into it, and it had an amazing montage of cool bits from other music videos. I've been told it can be Pizzicato Five, the song that I found that it had the same feeling is pizzicato Five - Sophisticated Catchy, maybe it was a remix of this song, or maybe a completely different tune, but I searched searched and researched and nothing. I hope someone can help to solve this mystery that is haunting me for so many years now.

I think the one you are talking about is a remix of red alert with other song at the beginning. I remember watching this ad on Mtv as well, and I think the girl said "moshi moshi" at the beginning and then "red alert" started... Im not sure though. I'm looking for the MTV ads on YouTube with no luck!

It might be the track of Apollo Four Forty - Lost In Space itself with just a mixed voice (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na NAAAAA)
