    Handing out promotional brochures on parking lots, mall.
    Hello, I want to hire sales people to hand out promotional bookmarks for my product I'm selling. They would NOT be leaving on cars, just handing out to people and answering questions. I would like to know if they can walk around indoor malls and approaching people? Air port terminals, parking lots

    Malls and air port no but a public parking lot maybe. Somebody owns these places and they usually will not allow you to benefit or take advantage of what they paid to set up.

    I don't think parking lots would a problem, but inside malls would not be.

    Are you an attorney tickle? How do you know for sure? Also you message wasn't clear about inside malls, it is or isn't a problem?

    Sorry about the confusion, I should have said 'inside malls would be a problem'. No I don't have to be an attorney for this one, gitt, I just have to use common sense. If you don't like the answers, then phone a few malls and ask them. If its important enough to you to promote sales, then I would go right to the 'horses mouth' so to speak.
