Why I am not being heard about kids safety
My name is Perry the father of a four year old twin 3year olds and 1year old
As the plaintiff I have been given full custody. When my ex has her visits the kids come back calling me a f***er a two and a half year old that go's to church with me and is loved just don't come out with this on their own. I went to court Wednesday and asked for a CASA worker which the judge ordered I pay three hundred she pays the same if she don't pay her part I have too. I am on SSI she has no obligations. Where can I get that much money. It is Christmas. I want my kids to live in good safe environment. But why is it all on me. I have proved I love them I feed & cloth them She steals their clothes. SOS

Do you have a video camera ? Document the unsolicited behavior and then go for a restraining order. That's parental abuse and her visitation rights should be supervised if she wants to behave this way.
