    Plumbing
    Hello,

I bought a house trailer to rent out. I have never delt with trailers before.

It has two bathrooms, one on each end of the trailer. When the washing machine empties, the water comes up in the bathtub and commode on the other end of the trailer. It will slowly drain down after awhile.

Water does not come up in the tub or commode in the bathroom close to the washer.

No other problems with draining from the sinks, tubs or commodes. Only problem is when the washer discharges.

Any suggestions on what may be the problem will be much appreciated. Thank you.

    Hey Wayne,

You bave a partial blockage downstream from the far bathroom. The solution is to snake the drain from the bathrooms roof vent. The reason the washer gives you grief is that it discharges with much more force and volume then any other fixture. Good luck, Tom
