Want Child Support to be reviewed
I was divorced in Tennessee, now I live in Wisconsin. I have sole custody of my children. I want the child support and days of visitation to be reviewed. My lawyer told me that after I moved I could have it reviewed in my new state of residence after six months after filing the divorce decree with the county I reside. Do I have to go back to Tennessee or can I have it reviewed and changed in Wisconsin. My ex husband is military and is stationed in Kentucky.

If neither of you reside in the state that the original order was issued in, you can file for a change of jurisdiction and move the order to your new state once you establish residency (6 months usually)

Or exactly what your lawyer told you.
