    To replace high efficiancy gas furance
    I hve 2700 sqft home. How many BTU high effeiciancy furnace is required to do the job. Please let me know if someone have any idea about Keepright brand & model number of the furnace.

    You will need to do or have done for you a manual J for exact furnace sizing since all else is guess work.

    Indeed. Square footage is only one of many factors that determine heating requirements of a structure.
