    Can a rental agreement be done when renting a bedroom by the homeowner?

    Hi, amorsin0!

    I'm assuming that this is for someone renting a room from you. Is that correct? If so, then yes, when someone is renting part of property that is owned by you, you can have a rental agreement. A rental agreement helps to protect the renter as well as the homeowner.
