    Plea bargain?
    Tomorrow I am set for a criminal trial. Can I still plea bargain and avoid the trial? Because I certain I will lose the trial.

    You can only work a plea out if the DA is willing to do so. Your attorney can attempt to do the plea anytime up to or even during breaks in the trial

    Consult your attorney. They will be able to speak with the DA and discuss and pleas available to you
