CC fines not paid and due to get off in less than 2 months.
I'm back again for more advice. Here's my original post by the way for a refresher https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/crimin...ion-97521.html .
I ended up getting a year in the county jail ( only did like 5 months due to gain time) , had to restart my CC and got a 15 year suspended sentence. Luckily that crazy Judge was taken from the bench as her sentencing had become to extreme. Now I'm faced with another issue. My CC is about to end on 1-11-10. I still owe money to them. I have made some effort to try and pay it over the years but a grand total of over 10,000 is owed ( its just been adding since I got in trouble when I was 15, 2 sets of probation not paid aand never completed, jusst added up I guess). Long story short is that my PO is saying that if I can't come up with like 4 grand by then they are not going to let me off CC and possibly violate me. I have 6 years of regular probation to complete after my CC is done. I was always under the assumption that fines were due by your final EOS from any supervision. I can't afford an attorney, which makes my chances even less at succeeding in this matter. My wife and I have talked and decided to use my tax returns to just pay my probation off and be done with it. I will be claiming my 2 kids and head of household and I have made substantial income this year so I know our plan is feasible. Problem is I won't have my tax returns by the time my bracelet is due to come off. Im also planning on leaving FL as soon as I get off CC as they say you cannot transfer states while on CC. I just really need to know if Not having paid everything , will that constitute a violation or will it end up getting me extended CC time? Just for the record I hate FL!! Lol ANy help will be appreciated.

    Hello erik:

There's no way to tell. Since you have more probation after this ends, they'll probably just extend that over... But, I'm guessing.. Instead of asking COULD they do such and such, I'd wait till the DO something, and then we can see about your defense to it.

There may be some law that is emerging on the subject... But, the only people who are eligible for some relief, are the ones who did EVERYTHING within their power to pay. If it can be shown that you weren't diligent, then you're not going to qualify.
