    A quesition on non-disclosure-agreement
If a company signed a NDA Non-Disclosure-Agreement with its supplier and the Company has since then changed its company's name and the Supplier has not delivered the products to the Company. Does the Company need to sign a new NDA with the Supplier bearing its new company name in order to ensure the Supplier will follow the terms in the original NDA?

Just changing the name would not void the NDA, but a company name change could also signal a change in management. To be on the safe side, a new NDA should be signed.
