I want to leave because I feel like my roommate is emotionally unstable and do not feel safe because her boyfriend is an angry alcoholic and is always there

    Hello again, dance:

Thanks. Nope. That's not enough. Maybe you can make a deal with her to pay the rent until you find her another roommate. I don't know. It's worth a try.

Are both you and your roommate on the lease or is the roommate YOUR landlord? Is her boyfriend also on the lease or is an unlisted occupant? How long is the lease?

Does the lease say anything about occupants? If he is living there without permission of the landlord, you could complain. Or you can try to find a replacement roommate.

Invoice Date or Actual Date [ 2 Answers ]
