    I haven't been paid in 4 weeks
Since returning to my previous employer, I am on a commission and base salary, we started with a handshake, I went for a drug screen, got my company truck, filled out a non disclosure and gone to work everyday.

Each day he tells me I'll have your pay/commission paprework done today, but 4 weeks later still no paperwork no pay, anything I can do?

I have missed 4 pay periods, still no agreement presented to me, I need a paycheck.

You are in a quandary because if you say to him, pay or I will leave, he will say okay, leave. I don't know how you will insist o n being paid without creating bad feelings.

My suggestion is, phone your Board of Labour and report him, leave, because if this is the way he carries on business, you don't need to work there.

Hey, I have a simple question. I had to go to court (long story) and won about $3000 but that was a few years ago. Of course I have not seen any of it... what can I do? I don't know how to go about garnishing wages, and have since moved to a new state... any thought?
