Squatter with a business on my Property!
I recently found a "squatter" on my vacant property living in an "Airstream Trailer" and working on 5-6 cars. What are my rights in Houston, Tx. We have to pay fines for unkept land and I am being charged for this business. How do I evict someone I don't know?

If they are there illegally then call the police.

He is tresspassing when you first saw him.

If you have known he is there and allow him to stay then he becomes an unpaid renter. So when did you find out he was there, and have you talked to him.

It makes a difference on if you found out today or yesterday he was there, or if you have know for one month that he was there
