4 yr old with vomiting and diarrhea
My 4 yr old little girl started vomiting 2 nights ago, she has not vomited today, and has some small amounts of food and has only drank water and some hydralite. She now has diarrhea and complains of having a sore tummy at times(which is normally right before needing to go to the toilet). We have given her some donnagel to try and stop the vomiting and diarrhea. Should we do more or is this sound like a 48hr bug?

Yes, you do need to do more. You need to take her to the doctor asap.
