    Could I be pregnant with iud
    Hi I am 21 years old and have had my iud for two years now and have never missed a peiod until last month and this month only had brown spotting and I've been having pain in my breast and back I have also been sleeping a lot but I have been losing whight I took a hp test and it came back negative could I be pregnant?

    If the HPT was taken correctly, it would give you a pretty accurate result.

    IUD's can cause hormonal symptoms like you've described. Call your doctor to be safe and get their thoughts on it.
