    Posting for divorce in newpaper
    Can I have my husband whom I've been separated from for 2 months have him posted in the newspaper so I will not be legally bound to pay any new debts he incurrs in Massachusets?

    No, those ads are meaningless. Your Attorney should be advising you and all of the financial details should have been covered in your separation agreement.

    You are not responsible for debts which are solely HIS; however, those debts may be required to be paid off as part of the divorce - money which is basically going to come out of your pocket.

    Again - your Attorney should have covered this with you.
