    Heating/Cooling requirements.
    Looking for approximate requirements to heat/cool 1200 sq ft living area in central TX. 1inch of closed cell foam on all of exterior plus bats. Approx. values are: ceiling R37, walls R20. 6 - 4 0, 5 0 windows. Temp ranges from summer average of close to 100 in August to winter average of low 30s in feb. I appreciate any response.
