Okay there is an old horror film that the main character killed children or aborted them and kept the remains in a jar. The main character reversed back to childhood and was made fun of in school. Everyone would call him stuttering stanley! It may be old movie it is very scary unfortunately it is the only thing that I remember. I think the name of the movie had something to do with the characters name. It was in the country or woods. This maybe difficult but its all I can remember but its very important

The only time I remember hearing "Stuttering Stanley" was from the Sixth Sense... but that would be pretty recent
