    My mother took temp custody of my son when I was depressed over my grandmas death
    I was extreamly depressed over my grandma dying my stepfather is a very sick in the head man and has an a strange attachment to my son even though she took temp custody I lived with them most of the time and I am the primary caretaker of my 9 year old son, when I go to court I know they are going to make up lies about me that's just how my family is they want my son, I have never been accused of child abuse nor have I ever hurt my child in any way I love my son and he loves me recently my stepdad kicked me out without notice I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and had to spend all my money on a motel, how do I get custody of my son back I just rented a beautiful home I move in on the 1st, I have a bedroom for him and at my moms he does not even have a bedroom, what's going to happen, will it be hard for me to get him back, I took pictures of how dirty their house is my mom can't even take care of my son she has bipolar and has to get an operation on her knee and she never gets out of bed, my stepdad thinks he has rights to my son, when I was younger he took pictures of me in bathing suits and me and my best friend took some pictures in some lingiure to send to a modeling agency he stole those also in some of them I am under 18 and in some of the pics he drew garter belts on my legs I was very abused by him and my mom growing up I don't want my son there will a judge take all of this into consideration, I mean he's not even his natural grandfather and he never adopted me when I was younger, can you please help me I'm crying as I'm typing this I just want my baby back he's been there without me for like a month and a half they hardly let me see him what do I do if I don't get my son back I don't have a point of living anymore he is my life please please help me, jessica:(

    First thing, get a lawyer and keep your ducks in a row. I am sorry to hear that. I lost my son to my ex three years ago because I cannot nurture a relationship between the two of them because he beat me for four years. Just play your cards right, keep your ducks in a row and know that no matter what happens you are his mom and he will always love you no matter what.

    What does the court order granting your grandparents custody say? You say temporary custody... that indicates that there is a time limit on it.

    Was there ever any formal paperwork about this temporary custody or was it simply you and you son were living at their home and you were forced out.

    Exactly what sort of "temporary custody" are you talking about? Please elaborate.

    My mom has tenorary custody and it had a time fram but its up now can I go get my kids? Because she will not let me see them at all!

    My mom has my son to I signed temporay and she said the judge gave her full now I got my own house and ready fr him and they won't let me take him what do I do?

    "They" won't let you take him? Who is "they"? The Court? Your mother? Someone else?

    You need to know what you signed, if someone took the matter to Court what the Court Order says.
