    Unknown children's book with boy with tapeworm and pumpkin seeds
    I read several books as a child about a Norwegian, Polish, Slavic, etc. Boy and his family. The boy supposedly grows up into a government official. In one story/chapter, the boy's cousin steals his pumpkin seeds, eats them all, and his tapeworm comes out. In another story/chapter, the boy talks about his mother making blood pudding.
