    Bankruptcy and inheritance money
I plan to file bankruptcy soon. I will receive a small inheritance by end of year. Will the courts force me to use some of my inheritance to pay back the debtors. Could I invest the money to avoid this?

You need to talk this over with your bankruptcy attorney. He may advise you not to file bankruptcy right now due to the inheritance money. You just can't invest the money to avoid paying the debtors.
