    Grounds for Supervised Visitation
I made an earlier post about my ex being found in default on paternity. Since he's never seen her and made no attempt at contacting me until recently, would a court grant a request for Supervised Visitation?

And how do I go about filing for a court motion for the birth father not being able to remove her out of state for visitation?

Here is a little bit of background...

He's got a felony for eluding the police
Charges of domestic violence and assault
    Driving with an open receptacle

He left me while I was still pregnant. Only asking me once how the pregnancy was going. After that, not hearing from him until just recently.

If he really wants to see her, that's great. But I want to make sure he can't just up and leave the state with her. I have legal custody of her. This is a sticky situation and not fun by any of the party's expense... least all for my daughter.

So many parents use the child against each other, and that's not what I want for my daughter.

Please don't keep opening new threads - this is not a chat board.

You have total control and custody right now. If "he" files for visitation, then you present PROOF to the Court that he is a danger and request supervised visitation or no visitatation. The Court will evaluate all parties and make a decision.

I never said this was a chat board. And NO, I am not going to "OPEN" new chat threads, as you put it. I am having A LOT of problems with the father and needing help. Do you run this site or something? Because you don't have to give me your 2 cents if you don't. I'm sure there are "other" users here who have or are going through the same thing I am.

    Totally unnecessary and insulting.

PLEASE STOP OPENING NEW THREADS - this is presumably the same father and you are presumably the same mother you have been writing about.

Moving to another thread is not going to change anything. The advice remains the same. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family...ml#post2040625

Please read the rules - my title here is "expert." I can and will respond to any posts within my experience, knowledge, education.

As far as your anger - you apparently chose to have sex with this guy. Now you have a child with him. I don't know what you want anyone to do except quote the law to you.

Did he turn into a loser AFTER you got pregnant and AFTER he walked out the door?
