    Child support
My Boyfriend just moved from TN to PA.. He pays 1600 a month in child support to 2 children living in North Carolina. How would he goe about getting this adjusted to a lower amount. His salary also was lowered to about 40,000 a year. Can someone please give me some answers? Or lead me in a right direction.
    Thanks

He would have to petition the court for a lower payment, to which they will review the facts of the case and either side with or against his petition. A local lawyer could probably give you free advice - many offer free 1st appointments.
