    Can't remember
    Can someone please tell me why am I having difficulties retaining facts? I知 constantly struggle with school (college) and it痴 becoming very frustrating. I知 considering dropping out and not deal it anymore, but I知 also not a quitter. What steps can I take to help myself overcome this huge obstacle? Is it stress related? Is it old age? (I知 32 years old)

    UGH! I hope you get an answer to this one because I am right there with you- I get so frustrated with myself because I feel like an idiot. I am not stupid but why can't I remember anything- nothing seems to absorb into my brain and stay there! I will be checking back to see what responses you get- hope there are some good ones!

    How did you folks do in elementary school and high school? It is very much discussed now in school but maybe not so much when you were kids. I sure can't diagnois over the web but many adults are first diagnoised with Adult Attention Deficit Disoder when they have children and their kids are identified with ADD or ADHD.
