    Child support
My ex is currently seeking a modification to my child support because my daughter is a full time college student. Custodial parent lives in NH and child is attending college in NH. I live in MA and the court order for child support is in MA. If I move to NH, can I have the child support order moved to NH?

Yes. Since MA would no longer have an interest as no parties are under their jurisdiction, the NH court would gain jurisdiction.
