Dear Sir,

I am an Indian citizen. I am 80 years old. I have been staying outside U.S for 7 months
Due to my health reason , I want to return back, but suddenly my passport has only month
Left to expire. I cannot renew in spain because it takes 3 months.
Can immigration give any problem if I return after 7 months and passort valid for 1 month.
Please advice. Thank you

Your passport should not be a problem. You should have evidence as to why you were out of the US for over 6 months and good evidence of your ties to the U.S.; such as tax filings, home ownership, bank accounts, medical, etc.
