    Could you tell me how a fiduciary's fees are calculated in the state of New York? This fiduciary also is the executrix of an estates will,are they one and the same?

    I had asked if you could tell me how fiduciary's fees are calculated in the state of New York and is an executor and a fiduciary one and the same thing?

    Look, in trying to fix the incorrect posting you did I have lost a few good answers to you.

    1. don't keep posting the same question, ask it once.
