Repairing Warehouse Window Panes
Job entails putting up a 40 foot ladder and repairing broken and cracked window panes. It's an old warehouse and the owner is not concerned with how the result looks. He just wants to pass inspection (having the holes closed up). I'm not actually replacing the glass, but using flashing tape to seal each pane up. First time doing this kind of repair and wondering how much I should charge. By the hour or by each window pane.

I have been told that moisture between the panes of insulated glass windows can be eliminated by drilling small holes att he top and bottom of the pane to allow air circulation. Any ideas? And if the condition has existed for a long time... will an interior stain remain? Thanks

The previous owner of my house stupidly let moisture build up between the two panes of glass in several thrmal window units. Does anyone have any suggestions for drying this moisture short of dismantling the entire unit? Any help will be appreciated.:)
How do I repair / replace a broken glass block in a glass block window? It is right in the middle of the window. The window appears to have a rubber gasket between each block. Thanks.
