Hi.
My fiancé is turning 22 this month. Her breasts has grown incredibly in the last 4 months.
About 3 times of what they were. She complains daily of how much they hurt and has switched to bigger bra's but still complains of the pain.

There is a small lump on her right breast that can be felt just below the nipple. Is this cause for concern? Is it normal for breasts to grow this much in such a short time? She has gained weight, she use to be 50KG and is now 62KG and looks much better imo. Could the weight gain have affected her breast size this much?

Weight gain will affect breast size. My concern is the lump she found. She needs to get this checked out sooner rather than later.
