    Worried parent
    My 14yr old has bought a hair dye that I have never hear of there name is(Harlow&Pierre).
    Has any one ever heard of them, I tried to look them up on the internet but to no avail.

    It is Harlow Pierre and I think must be Russian origin. Their products are sold on Ebay and all text is in russian?? No, I wouldn't use it and I hope she didn't pay much for it.
