    Special treatment child custody case
MY ex is a chief of police and is getting special treatment from the judges, & attorneys. My attorney admitted to this directly. I now have everyother weekend with my son and there's no grounds for it, except he is married (which was also the case when we had shared). I'm at a loss of what to do. I don't have a criminal record, no history of drug or psychological issues. I'm I working mother who goes to shool to better myself for my child. PLEASE HELP!! What do I need to do to move this case out of jurisdiction to get a FAIR trial! I'm at a loss.

You need to live in a different jurisdiction and you need to get your ex to agree to moving it.

It sounds like you were given a " standard " set of visitation like many fathers have been relegated to. You might want to develop a plan to move further on this by keeping up with current visitation and in the future ( maybe 2 years ) request a modification. If something changes drastically before the 2 years then there is an opportunity for change.
