    Confusing Sequence?
    Hello,
    What is the rule for this sequence
    1, -16, 792, -65536, 9765625...

    I believe that 792 should be 729.

    They are the integers raised to multiples of 2 powers.



    Note the exponent is twice the base. The sequence is

    Of course, the signs alternate.
