    Hello,

    Okay, I don't recommend a VPN over a cellular phone. Not the best idea but it is possible. If you go into settings and then connections. You will have an option for setting up a VPN. You need the IP address of the host and what type of VPN it is (IPSec or PPTP.) Since it is Windows Mobile, I would only connect to a Microsoft Dial-up VPN connection. That can be setup on a Windows 2003 server and above by going into administrative tool and configure my server wizard. Try not to put the VPN on the same network adapter as the server uses for the gateway.
