    Could you explain a little more, you want to purchase an annuity that would give you a lifetime income that you or you another person cannot outlive?

    In the US you may want to look at Woodmens Insurance.

    Side note... not really an answer to the question; just info:

    "Life Settlements" are a fairly new product. From what I've read, it is to be avoided if you have children.
