    I don't know the artist who sings this song. Lyrics are "Turn out the light, I can see your face. It's you and I another time another place. The radio's playing Telly's rule. The citys nights nothing love couldn't do. Oh let's make it groove taking it nice and smooth, I'm in a Philly mood."

    Thank you Grandma4809, but I believe it is a bluesy singer like Teddy Pendergrass and not Jefferson Airplane as I know most of their songs. This song has been haunting me
