    Changing my children's last name.
    Hi, I want to know how to go about changing my children's last name? They know have there father's last name but I want to switch it to my last name . What can I do?:)

    You need to go to court and petition for a name change. Consulting an attorney is best. The father needs to be notified also, either through the mail or proper publication.
