The maximum amount you can be sued for in small claims court in Alaska is $10,000
Alaska Small Claims Court Information
Is there a reason you're asking about the amount?

Well, as long as the dollar amount is less than $10,000 then they can sue you in small claims. The attorneys fee and court costs will push it over that amount, but that has to be awarded by the judge in the hearing; it isn't included in the amount that you're being sued for unless the judge grants it to the plaintiff.

They stated they were being sued for attorney fees.
What does their exact location have to do with answering their question?

You are consistently rude without reason - again I am an expert on this board. Please stop attempting to direct who can answer your questions and in what manner.
