    Pie crust
I have been trying to make a good apple pie crust. When I try to roll it out, the crust breaks apart, wraps around the rolling pin, etc.. It doesn't get/stay elastic. I have been following the recipe pretty carefully. This has happened multiple times - my mother could always make great crusts, but I can't!

The dough is too warm. Wrap and placing fridge before rolling had the same problem with my grandma's recipie until I realized she used a cold marble table to roll her dough on
