    Misplaced PA Tax ID paperwork
    I applied for a PA tax i.d. and received my paperwork in the mail however I misplaced it. How do I go about getting a replacement?

    Call the Pennsylvania tax department in charge of issuing the cited paperwork.

    Explain that said paperwork was lost and they should mail you a replacement set, though they may charge a fee for this service.
