    Debt Settlement and marriage
I am at a point where I am actively pursuing debt settlement to clear up 5 credit card accounts. I have a reputable company.
My question is, I am beginning my life again and looking ot remarry.
If I remarry during the process of debt settlement, does that open up any opportunities to access her assets, though the debt and settlement program was initiated prior to the marriage?

No, PA is not a common property state. They cannot go after her wages, property or accounts.

    Arizona
    California
    Idaho
    Louisiana
    New Mexico
    Nevada
    Texas
    Washington
    Wisconsin
