    I did a mistake in form FL-120
    Hi there,

I file form RESPONSE FL-120, after I file the form I discover I did a mistake in the form. Is there is away to fix it or do I have to file again cause I paid 355$ for filling.

What type of mistake was it and how does it effect the outcome of your case ?

Simple clerical errors aren't a big deal but financial ones can be depending on the numbers.

My mistake was, I write down
All assets and debts currently in petitioner position, name and control, confirm to response.
All assets and debts currently in response position, name and control, confirm to petitioner.

    I suppose to write down
All assets and debts currently in petitioner position, name and control, confirm to petitioner.
All assets and debts currently in response position, name and control, confirm to response.
This there is a way to fix this mistake. Do I have to fill it again?
    Thanks for the help.

For that your going to need to ask them how it will work. Has this matter been decided on yet or is it in process ? If in process you may be able to make the correction before the hearing but also you will have to notify the other party of the change.
